Our church has the heart and desire to equip the next generation church. That begins in the nursery all the way through High School. We minister to and through our church family, challenging the coming generation to lead the church and accomplish great things for the Lord.
This heart and mindset are one of the reasons why we also desire to invest in equipping the next generation of pastors. In many fields, it is recommended and required to take a season to learn along with others. It provides an opportunity to practically apply what one has learned, along with an environment to ask questions and engage with others in a similar field.
WE WANT TO INVEST!... this is why we have an active Internship Program at Grace Bible. Consider the various ways below we as a church are able to invest in these future pastors...
We offer our interns the opportunity to work on their preaching as well as multiple opportunities for teaching at various levels. Our interns work alongside our pastor, the elders, and deacons, who have years of experience leading our church.
Our interns are developing relationships & ministering with the elder team, our deacons, and other pastors in the area and valley. It is a great reminder that we engage in the work of ministry not alone but with others in His Church!
Our internship program incorporates the necessary time and process for reflecting on completed and pending ministry efforts, as well as looking ahead. These times give a great opportunity for questions and dialogue concerning the
practical ministry experience.
Nathan and his wife are newly married and are serving here with us for the 2026-27 year. Nathan is a graduate of Frontier School of the Bible. He is currently serving as part of getting his degree. He is currently doing his one year Pastoral Internship with us. We are excited to have him here!

Remember that our interns are not polished in ministry... YET! This is a vital part of their preparation for the ministry work. They need our patience and grace.
Some of the areas they will be serving in can be overwhelming and difficult. Let them know what they are doing well and be ready with encouraging words.
Knowing someone, & thier heart for the Lord allows you to want to learn from them as well. Please take time to get to know our interns as they share this time with us!
We all should do this... ask God to use this time to build, equip, and prepare them for the work He has for them. Pray for thier direction, and ask God to use our intern to minister to you as you minister to them.
